Aerating and Overseeding Disclaimer

All sprinkler heads, valve box covers, invisible fences, or any other wiring less than three inches in depth must be flagged at least 48hrs prior to the scheduled date of your project to prevent damage from operating aerating and verticutting equipment. We are not responsible for damaged to unmarked or buried items such as those listed above.

 

New Seed & Sod

Newly seeded or sodded lawns require special irrigation. A newly seeded lawn requires daily watering and may need as many as four light waterings in a single day if conditions are dry and windy at a rate of 1/8 to 1/4 inch of water per day. It is important to keep the seedbed moist, but not saturated, to a depth of 1 to 2 inches until germination occurs. We are not liable for failure to properly water seed or sod work that has been performed. In addition we are not liable for “Acts of God” in the event that a storm produces heavy rain which may cause washing of a newly seeded lawn.
