Warranty Replacement Request

We offer a 1 year replacement of plantings from the date of installation. This warranty covers material only and does not include labor associated with the procurement, delivery, installation of new plant materials or the disposal of the originally installed materials.

 

Your account must be current and have no outstanding balances prior to warranty work being completed.

 

A $144.00 minimum is charged on warranty replacement services requiring onsite time of 1 hr or less. If onsite services extend beyond 1hr, a rate of $96.00 is charged for the additional time.
